Terms of Service

Last updated 4 November 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Thrill when you use the Thrill website and apps. By creating an account or using Thrill you agree to them, to our Community Guidelines and to how we handle data in our Privacy Policy. We've tried to keep them short and plain.

1. Who can use Thrill

  • You must be at least 13. Tell us your real date of birth: it decides which features you get.
  • If you're under 18, a parent or carer should know you use Thrill. Some features are adults-only: streaming, buying or receiving Sparks, subscriptions, cash-outs, and whispers from people you don't follow.
  • You can't use Thrill if we've banned you, or if the law where you live doesn't allow it.

2. Your account

  • Keep your password private, and turn on two-step login in Settings. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
  • Pick a username and pictures that follow the Community Guidelines. We may change a username that breaks them.
  • One person per account. Don't sell, share or transfer accounts.
  • Your stream key is like a password: anyone with it can stream as you.

3. What you post and stream

  • You keep ownership of everything you create on Thrill: streams, replays, posts, chat, pictures.
  • So that Thrill can work, you give us permission to store, copy, show, send and convert it (for example making 720p and 480p versions of a stream) for running and promoting Thrill. This permission ends when you delete it, except where copies are needed for safety, legal reasons, or are already in someone else's replay or chat history.
  • You promise you have the right to share what you post, and that it follows the Community Guidelines and the law.
  • Replays are kept for 7 days and then deleted automatically. You can hide or delete yours any time. Keep your own copy of anything you want to keep.

4. Sparks, subscriptions and cash-outs

When payments are switched on:

  • Sparks are a virtual item for supporting people on Thrill. They are not money, a bank balance or a currency, and you can't exchange them outside Thrill.
  • When you give Sparks, the person gets the full amount, and can give them on or cash them out.
  • Bought Sparks can only be given. Received Sparks can be cashed out after a 7-day wait (this covers refunds and chargebacks), with a 100 Spark minimum. When you cash out, you get a share of the value based on your creator level (Standard 50%, Affiliate 75%, Partner 80%). Thrill keeps the rest.
  • Cash-outs are for adults only, and need payout details in your name. We may hold or refuse a cash-out we reasonably think is linked to fraud, stolen payment cards, chargebacks or breaking these terms.
  • Purchases are final once Sparks are given, except where the law says otherwise. Unused bought Sparks may be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase.
  • We may change Spark prices, rates and creator levels with notice. Changes don't affect Sparks you've already cashed out.
  • If your account is closed for breaking these terms, unused Sparks and pending cash-outs may be lost where the law allows.

5. Safety and moderation

  • We may remove content, issue warnings, restrict features, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines, or that put people at risk.
  • We may report illegal content, and anything that puts a child at risk, to the police and other authorities.
  • If you think a decision was wrong, contact the contact address shown on this page (coming soon); until then, use the 🚩 Report button.

6. Thrill as a service

  • Thrill is new and still being built. Features will change, and some may be removed. Sometimes things will be down for updates or problems.
  • We provide Thrill "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that streams and replays won't be lost.
  • We're not responsible for what other people say or stream, but we'll act on reports.

7. Limits on our responsibility

  • Nothing here limits responsibility the law doesn't allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
  • Otherwise, we're not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the greater of £100 or what you paid Thrill in the 12 months before the problem.
  • If you use Thrill as a consumer, you also have legal rights these terms don't affect.

8. Leaving Thrill

  • You can stop using Thrill any time. To delete your account and data, contact the contact address shown on this page (coming soon); until then, use the 🚩 Report button from your account email.
  • If we close Thrill or a paid feature, we'll give reasonable notice and let creators cash out received Sparks they're owed.

9. Changes and the law

  • We may update these terms. For important changes we'll tell you on Thrill before they apply. Carrying on using Thrill afterwards means you accept them.
  • These terms are under the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you can also use your local courts and keep your local consumer rights.
  • Questions: the contact address shown on this page (coming soon); until then, use the 🚩 Report button.
